1-1 Pilates Sessions

If you want to deepen your practice, obtain a specific goal or are training for an upcoming event or sport, these sessions are ideal. Since they are guided by Dr. Jen, a licensed physical therapist, they are also great for those who have nagging or chronic pain and need more guidance and support. They are completely individualized around your personal needs and goals and provide an opportunity to explore all available equipment at the studio, including the Fuse ladder and CoreAlign. These two pieces of equipment are unique to Adaptable and present novel challenges to help you maximize your gains in strength, flexibility and mobility.

This is the perfect program for people who:

  • have “graduated'' from Physical Therapy but want to keep working toward feeling their best

  • want to improve their health and fitness but have limited time

  • have little, nagging aches and pains but don’t need traditional Physical Therapy

  • who want guidance for workouts they can do safely at their local gym or health club.
