Pilates is appropriate for people of all ages and backgrounds. It is a wonderful adjunct to rehabilitation services as well as good for people with recurring pain. Contact the studio for details.

Can I drop in for a class if I don’t have experience with Pilates?

No. At Adaptable, we want you to feel comfortable and successful in your practice. Our PIlates classes features the Reformer, a complex piece of equipment which requires training to use effectively. We have a terrific deal of 2 private sessions for $99 (a 34% discount) to prepare you for a class environment and make your Pilates practice enjoyable.

How do I get set up for Physical Therapy services?

Contact the studio to inquire about Physical Therapy services and pricing.

You must have an active referral (or “script”) from an approved party (M.D., D.O., chiropractor, etc.) in order to attain Physical Therapy services. The script must be provided in writing to Adaptable at or before the time of the scheduled evaluation.

What can I expect from Physical Therapy?

At Adaptable, we pride ourselves in providing individualized therapy services based on an individual's needs and goals. You will never be double booked, and you will always see the same provider (Dr. Jennifer Mullen).

Your progress will be followed closely, including contact via phone and email. Dr. Mullen will ensure you understand how to complete your prescribed exercises and is available via phone or email for any follow up questions. Dr. Mullen will also reach out to other service providers (such as personal trainers or coaches) to help you transition back to the activities you love.

Do I have to be injured to be assessed by a Physical Therapist?

No, a consultation can be provided to assess movement patterns and develop a plan to help you achieve your movement potential. Little aches and pains don’t have to be a part of your daily life, so give us a call to find out more!
